Dimwit Coffee Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Once your order has been dispatched (approximately 2 days after placing the order), cancellations will no longer be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Dimwithello@gmail.com. We can only process cancellations within this short window before dispatch.

Return Policy
We offer a return window of 5-7 days for products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at Dimwithello@gmail.com within 5-7 days of receiving the product, and we will assist you in processing the return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and status of your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check with your credit card company, as processing times can vary. Next, contact your bank, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us at Dimwithello@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
